After the submission deadline, hide the weekly overview behind the admin password so mock/test draws are not mistaken for the real results.
Publish freezes what states 3 and 4 show. After publishing, running more test draws, undoing a draw or clearing ballots no longer changes those pages. Unpublish to go back to live data.
Execute the first or second draw with a seed, or undo a test draw.
Shown in the nav bar of states 3 and 4 so anyone can reproduce the draw. Use this to record a seed for draws logged before seeds were stored.

Enter a ballot for staff who cannot access their NUH email during the ballot period. Saving replaces that staff member's entire ballot (same as a form submission) — it never adds on top of it, so a staff member can never end up with more than the allowed 4 weeks + bonus.
Add a reballot week by hand (phone/in-person requests), or clear every reballot entry. Adding never replaces what a staff member already has.
Ballot entries flagged as duplicates. Every submitted entry is captured — the duplicate occurrence is marked VOID ❌ and excluded from the draw; the valid entry (no tag) is the one considered. For a cross-duplicate (same week in P1 and P2), the P1 entry is the valid one and the P2 entry is marked VOID ❌.
